Soul Patrol /2007 Classic Matte Paper Wooden Framed Poster
Soul Patrol
In my research of the Tuskegee Airmen this image came up along with
the visuals of black service men, again serving in a segregated army.
‘Soul Patrol” was a natural title given the military police uniforms and
motorcycles. The original text was clearly inspired by the P-Funk Grand
Master George Clinton.
Sworn to preserve and protect the right to let the soul flow without hesitation or restriction. No apologies. No additives. Just straight up, unadulterated, pure down home, lumps in the gravy, shake your rump to the funk, hot buttered, sugar shack soul.
